Great place for traditional cut and hot towel shave .

I called on my way home from work [close to my home] to find a new barber with longer hours. This was perfect and I would have become a loyal customer for the rest of my life. I asked the owner when he answered his hours and the price for seniors. He told me $10.00. I said great, I'm on my way. The woman, Marge took me right away [no wait, no customers in line] and gave me a great hair cut. I would have asked for her every 3 weeks when I get a cut. Now it's time to pay and she says to me $15.00, and I told her what happened on the phone. She tells me that price is only good 10:00 am to noon [2 hours only!!!]. I would have given her a $3.00 tip, so for $2.00 they lost me and anyone else I talk to. Why didn't the man be honest and tell me there was a time limit? Every barber shop has a senior discount that is good no matter what time you get there. Business is slow enough for everyone and now I get "cheated" out of a lousy $2 bucks! $15.00 is a lot for a neighborhood shop sitting next to 2 bars with people walking around tour car drunk. I just saw a sign on Lake Worth Rd. for $6.00 for seniors, that's where I'll be going next time.
