Went to have an eye exam and new glass made with the understanding that it would cost $78.00 for two pairs of frames and $59.00 for the eye exam. After I paid for the eye exam, I was told that my prescription would need thinner lenses and it would cost an additional $90.00.



I went to Eyeglass World thinking it would cost me a total of $137.00, but in the long run it ran to $227.00 for two pairs of glasses. The frames aren't what I expected either, they are really poor quality.



If I knew in advance that I would end up paying $227.00, I would have gone back to Pearl Vision Center and would have been able to get a nicer pair of frames for the same amount of money or maybe a bit more...



I have learned my lesson, don't believe everything that is advertised on TV. This will be my first and last time at Eyeglass World. I am a very dissatisfied customer.
