Recently I had a stressful day..after dropping my husband off at the local hospital for a procedure, I decided to stop at a market to shop while waiting..Upon returning to my car, I could not open the door- my husband had driven us to hospital & he had the keys! Having no one to call (GF & her daughter have co-vid) call for help, my only option was to call AAA..They sent Tony's Auto Center out to tow my car (I figured it was best to get to my home to pick up my husband's car & keys) ..I cannot say enough good words about their driver Gustavo..He alerted me that a tow would be hard on my car, went into the market to ensure they would not have my car towed if I left it parked for awhile, was able to drive me back to my home to retrieve my husband's car, waited while I located the keys & started the car to ensure I was able to drive it.. He then was able to offer me a ride back to my car (with my keys now on me) as he had a call for roadside assistance in that area.. I can vouch for what a calm, clear/ good thinking, pleasant, conscientious (he REALLY cares about the company's tow truck assigned to him) worker he is.. It was a ray of sunshine in a terribly stressful day for this 80-year-old woman.. TY Tony's Auto & Gustavo..Blessings
