Out of three days of calling, got one return call after 4 hours. Then technician didn't show up for service call we scheduled the next day (name's Frank) I have been calling for 2 hours now with no return calls. Answering service has called me 3 times to see if on call technician has called me yet. Answer is no, asked if I could talk to Paul the owner and was told I had to see if technician would call me back. I would hate to have to have my tenants waiting for this company.to show up for repairs. They melt, then sue me for sub standard living quarters.
