Unfortunately I didn’t get the best experience here. I stayed for a year and my lease is coming to an end in April 2018. I’m giving a 100% honest review for those who are actually reading this. First 3-5 months are nice everything got fixed from the renters before. Little minor problems. But after that it started all falling apart. Had a a major flood Christmas and definitely destroyed our evenings.(will show pics and video if it lets me) was a full 24 hrs before anyone came to get the water out of our house(holidays had everything messed up) and we weren’t provide anywhere to go or any rent reductions. Now (march)2018. My dishwasher decided to flood and let goo of the water behind it and into the walls and caused mold. See pics. Place is very old just fixed up. There Is a roach and bee and wasp problems. Maintenance (Ceaser) really cool and friendly and management... hard to say been 3 new ones this year. But anyways not sure it yellowbooks will post this but it’s a very honest post. Thank you for you time

the place is WAY over priced for the DRAMA that the aparment manager dishes out. she tries to make the place a "better place" but targets people and then just works on making their life a living hell. I moved out of this place acouple months ago and glad that i did. if you are on her good side and have her as a "bff" then sure the place is great but if you are any one else, especialy with kids, good luck at these aparments. the dog poo issue is something else that the aparment mananger just doesnt care about either, very unclean. she is also NEVER at work even though she says she is. there are plenty of other well priced, nicer aparments then this place....trust me. their is a HUGE roach and bee problem as well as a back up problems with the tolets and tubs. places leak in some aparments, ac/heater unit cost an arm and a leg to run and they only "try" fixing the issue over and over rather then giving you a new one. the bosses boss is a big "you know what" who is just a rude as the aparment manager. I could go on and on but i think you get the point. rent at your own risk and good luck
