Went with granddaughter to get her hair trimmed signed in and waited woman and man both in shop not once in an hour did they speak to me or even look at me. The woman I believe is an assistant manager ignored us completely. Finally the man finished his last cut and I walked over asked if he could do her hair. He said he was off and went to speak to destiny who must have said no!!! He was kind enough to do her hair very nice man. But what’s up with this place no one at the desk ignoring people who sign in totally unprofessional place. At 4 o’clock on a Thursday shouldn’t you have someone at desk couldn’t the manager have come spoke to us!! Don’t go there you will be ignored and wait hours only to be told can’t see you. We were told at 5 check signin sheet we waited thanks to The nice Gentleman my granddaughter got her hair cut...

i have been waiting for my vacation in the Palm Springs area to get my hair cut to try something different from what i have been getting in my small midwestern town. i was less than impressed. The color job was fabulous, but the cut and blow dry (which was supposed to be her specialty) is just above awful. after my color and before she started my cut, a gentleman walked in and wanted a haircut. he couldn't wait 15 minutes so she stopped doing my hair and cut his while i waited. she did ask and i should have said NO, but i was being nice. i had a special occasion that i wanted the cut and style for, but now i am going to have to wash and blow it dry and hope the cut is salvageable. i was very disappointed to say the least.
