The doctors are good. Kind, knowledgeable, bilingual, etc. They won't look for your concerns so be honest and ask what's on your mind. They can be very helpful & understanding.

The biggest problem and the only reason I would want to switch to a new doctor is the phones. They rarely answer the phone. There is no voicemail. When you do reach someone, they only sometimes seem to actually care about your concerns. I understand they probly get the same calls all day, but so do I in my job and I'm still friendly and answer my phone. Appointments need to be made well in advance, but the waiting room time is reasonable. I really wish they would answer their phones or at least have an email/voicemail.
