I thought they did a very good job and the price was extremely reasonable. I would definitely bring my dog back there again

This is the best groomer in Palm Springs! My Wheaten Terrier came out looking like the proud beautiful dog that she is. Alex takes the time to actually cut her hair and shape it rather than just shave it off!

I took Beau in for a puppy cut at the direction of my partner...was informed by Alex that he couldn't do it because it would take too long. Granted, Beau had long hair and was matted. They shaved him. And not very well. He is a Shi Tsu with a Maltese cut and looks awful...it will take months for his beautiful hair to grow back. Alex is high strung and didn't help the situation. Oh boy..did I ever get my first lesson in dog grooming. The groomer doesn't alway know what's best for you pup. And for $45.00...you'd think he'd do what the customer wants.

My "wife" Rocky has been my best friend for 12 years- never in our time together have we seen an establishment that took such great care of their customers. Rocky smelled great and had the biggest smile on her face when I went to pick her up. She even got a doggie treat on the way out! We will be back For Sure! Thanks Alex!!
