We have a second corporate location in the Tampa Bay, Florida area. Our company was organized in 1987 by founder and CEO Thomas L. VanDyk. We are a direct lender and have been approved as a seller and servicer by the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) and the Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae). We operate as a Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Direct Endorsement Lender and a Veterans Administration (VA) authorized underwriter. We hold a loan portfolio of over $400 million. Our wholesale division includes a full underwriting, secondary, shipping and delivery department.
