All the staff was great. They took their time with me and Dr Epstein was very thorough. I appreciated that he didn't want to go straight to a shot but starting out simple. I think I definitely made the right choice.

Dr Epstein is the best doctor around. He is always so nice and friendly and always finds my problem and fixes it. I would recommend Palm Harbor Podiatry Center to anyone who is having foot problems. The staff is also very friendly and nice !!

This doctor treated my brother. I was his POA, but she never once called me to tell me about his critical condition. I called the hospital once and left message with his nurse I wanted to speak to her. I called her office and left a message. I never received a return call. My brother was discharged from the hospital to rehab without letting me know he had a stoke in unconscious condition. When rehab sent him back to hospital because his serious condition she would not agree to admit him as the emergency doctor wanted to do. Never did she call me once to give me any type of explanation about my loved one. Very cold behavior. I've never had such uncaring behavior by a doctor.

I found this office to be very disorganized, particularly in the front office. A woman with very dark hair was a frazzled mess. Their billing was atrociously done and I waited a very long time. I even came in for my first appointment 20 minutes early and I heard the front office complaining that I made everyone late. Very distasteful to discuss a patient when the waiting room can hear them and to accuse when I came in earlier than asked. My procedure was fine but the soak pack was a complete rip off. Not worth the headache. I will not go back.

Dr. Epstein and his entire staff were great! From scheduling my appointment all the way through my treatment and correction of my painful bunion, the entire staff was VERY friendly and helpful. I would definitely highly recommend Dr. Epstein to anyone looking for a top quality foot/ankle specialist. He is without a doubt the 1st person I would call if I ever have any future foot or ankle problems.

Dr. Epstein's office was a wonderful experience. The phone was answered by a real person who could help me navigate through the insurance process. The staff was friendly and very knowledgable. Dr Epstein is the best! He got me up and walking -pain free!!
