I was looking for a specific brand of watch but can't find one. I'm so glad that this store offered me the assistance I need. In no time, I was able to find the exact style I was looking for.

We have lived here in the Tampa Bay area for four years ---- after 20 + years in CA. I rely on Norm to do all my work because he is friendly, honest, and professional. I don't know where the review below is coming from but it couldn't be further from my, and my friends', experiences.

The attitude of the sales personnel in this little shop is not good. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for any reason. I know I would NEVER buy anything from them nor would I take anything to them for repair. If you're looking for a professional business, this is not it. This is absolutely the worst watch repair/jewelry store I have ever been in. I'll never go there again and advise you to stay away too.

Stay away from these bandits at all cost. Workmanship is shoddy and they do not standby by it. Owner is rude and disinterested in his customers. They will take your money and run.
