We were introduced by a friend to the folks at United States Pools. We sat down and talked with the owners in regards to how we wanted our pool and patio remodeled. After a bit of time, our ideas were not just on paper but on the laptop screen as well! We were able to see what our pool was going to look like before the work even started. It was exciting! The pool and patio work came out better than we had imagined. My wife and I have, and always will, recommend United States Pools! They're great!

First of all, I checked your company with BBB and you have an excellent (A) rating and hired your company. The pool was drained and replastered; then the suggestions (tile and decking) you had for the pool and spa were/are perfect--not to mention the very competitive price. This was in the spring of 2007. It really was an excellent remodel your company did.

I first found United States Pools about a year ago when my pump went out. I had wanted to change over to a salt system and thought it would be good to get one place to do it all. United States Pools did just that. They put in my pump and salt system and helped me get all the right rebates.

As I said to you on the phone, you responded to my needs immediately and completely. With temperatures soaring into the 100's just my luck that my pool pump stopped working. So I called and you had someone out that same day who determined the problem and the remedy. Within a few days you had expert technicians out to install, regulate my new pump and determine that I needed

another part. That part was installed the next day. In addition your inspector and installer provided me with all the information I needed to run my new system. Being a 'snow-bird', I need all the help I can get and you did just that.

Our homeowners association has been dealing with United States Pools for almost four years now and have no hesitation in recommending them for all pool maintenance and repair needs. We have two very large pools and two spas that are over thirty years old. Maintaining and upgrading older equipment takes a special kind of technical ability and knowledge and United States Pools brings that to the table.

After the pool was finished, the follow-up and prompt response to my needs have been great.Thank you!

United States Pools was a pleasure to work with. I received several bids to resurface my pool, but United States Pools was the best. They completed the work as scheduled and my pool looks great! I was so pleased; I switched pool service companies and gave my business to United States Pools. Keep it up!

Our pool turned out great especially the Pebble Tec and tile. The design fit into our yard and the match of the concrete is perfect. The crew was amazing working in 108 degree weather and they always left the yard clean. The salt water and solar heat are perfect for swimming.

The decking came with a 5 year guarantee and right at the two year mark; it needed some guaranteed work done. Then I became very ill, needing surgery, doctors, etc. It was a very hard time for me, but you told me not to worry as this was guaranteed at that time and the repairs needed for the pool decking would be taken care of when I was feeling better.

La Quinta Ridge would like to say how pleased we are working with United States Pools. Michael takes very good care of all my needs at this property. He does an excellent job. If I have a problem and of course I do from time to time, the problem is always taken care of in a very timely manor. I would not hesitate to recommend United States Pools to any new client.

You kept your word and once again, it looks like new decking. If I have any regrets, it is not going with a different patio surface, like you originally suggested. (When the time comes I hope to follow up with you and your company with a different patio surface per of course, what you would suggest).

The finished product is beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with it.
