They were very busy and I was late, but they tried hard to get me taken care of. Very helpful at the admission window. Katy is a very professional technician explainining each and every procedure understandably. I felt comfortable at all times thru the procedure. Christina joined us to audit as a new technician both very pleasant and efficient. I would recommend this company

I prefer to go to Desert Imaging in Palm desert for all my exams! They are courteous and professional. Have had many different tests done and EVERYTIME the techs are wonderful.

very cramps conditions and right on the heels of the pandemic and the masked mandate. not being able to make a reservation is one thing but not allowing somebody to leave for a while and come back before they are called is a whole other thing entirely. I was told I would have to wait the two plus hours and there was nowhere to sit and everyone was standing around and with my suppressed immune system I didn't think that was the best choice for me to wait for my x-ray. so I left came back and they put me at the bottom of the list just like they said they would.

Great job; staff very friendly. Quick service and waiting time was five minutes if that. Qasi was the perfect technician.

Packed waiting room with no where to sit and flourescent lighting. More like a prison waiting room than an imagining center. The staff is kind and patient however. How they can work in that environment beyond me. Give them a raise.

Technician was questioning the diagnosis of the doctor who had prescribed the ultra sound. He was pure lazy and did not really wanted to do the job which he is paid for to do. Finally after phone call to scheduler he agreed to do it and spent entire time flirting with female office assistant while during exam to monitor the computer which was on music station to his liking of music volume and artist. It was the worst experience ever had and will never return to desert advance imaging in Rancho Mirage.

Palm Desert location is one of the best I have visited this year. Friendly staff. Thanks for caring.
