I'd be very careful walking in there, make sure to take a good mechanic with you if you are planning to buy. I hadn't driven my car for two months when the engine blew. They may be very nice but I think they just buy the cars from wherever and don't even do an oil change on them or check them thoroughly. It took about the same amount of time to get the new registration for the car. Watch out for the extended warranty also, doesn't cover major events, waste of money. You are much better off paying a little more for a car, where they can provide more professional people who are not just out to make money and not a return customer. BEWARE

Beware, yes they are friendly, but you are probably better off going to a car auction yourself. Make sure you have a good mechanic check out the car, seems that they just buy them at auction and don't bother to even do an oil change. They do polish them up real nice though! Bought an Audi A4 from them, drove it less than 100 miles when the engine blew. Also, careful with the extended warranty that they offer, won't cover the significant problems. It also took too long to receive new registration. I would call them but would never get a return call back. They may be nice when you 1st want to purchase, but good luck after you buy a car from them. Not a good way to get repeat customers. I could of bought that car for half the price at auction. Live and learn !

"Customer service, true, quality and real customer service is pretty much a product of the past. Well, happy to say, the staff at Prima exude quality customer service and respect the demands and needs of every client that walk through their store. Vanja, Max, Liz, Sonny and George are great at what they do, which is educating interested parties as to what car might best fit their needs. If the vehicle doesn't make sense, they won't make attempts in getting you into that car...just for the sale. The car they sell, has to match up with you, if that makes sense. Our first visit was such an informative one. Going in to look at one type of vehicle, Vanja immediately said not a good idea and showed us a model that we would never, ever have thought of. It took a few weeks of contemplation on our part, but making a second trip to Prima with the thought of solidifying our decision, we felt so much a part of their "family." Honest! And no regrets after the purchase. Service after the s
