Old Flowers/Pathetic Customer Service

I have been a loyal customer for years....until today. I phoned in an order for 2 Valentine arrangements for my wife and daughter, these arrangements were pictured on the company's website and looked gorgeous. I was greatly disappointed when the arrangements arrived, there was nothing appealing ( I wasn't expecting them to be perfect but these were not even close to decent). The flowers looked old & sad, one arrangement should have come with lollipops- the lollipops were missing, and worst of all poor customer service to put it nicely. When I called to ask about the lollipops I was told they did not have them in stock but they recommended I get some from the grocery store and add them myself since they forgot to ask the driver to buy some on his way to deliver. Now I will have to go to the grocery store to buy more roses, carnations, & lollipops to make this arrangement look close to what I thought I was buying. To add insult to injury I checked out a few other local florist and realized I could have purchased these arrangments for $30. - $40.00 less than what I paid for here. It might have made it worth the extra money if they would have tried to fix the probable but they have horrible customer service. They didn't even care when I said I was no longer going to use or recommend them (bad choice for a small business owner in these economic times, I know I am also a business owner, customer service can make or break a business).
