Terrible experiences! I used this company about 6 times, on one visit the tech's damaged my furniture/home. The last time I used them their carpet cleaning machine was not working properly so it would pull the carpet away from the backing in various locations, the tech's new it but just continued damaging all my carpet rather than stopping, that was my last and final experience with them! When I called to let them know what was going on with their machine I was rudely treated by the owner's wife...she was mad at me that HER PEOPLE/EQUIPMENT RUINED my carpet, unbelievable! VERY poor customer service here!
