Provided by YPmobileThe Hispanic lady in the front mid 50's, yeah looks like she is miserable with life is so rude and could care less that you just stood 40 min in line just to get a # and to have her give you no help at all. She refused to listen to what I had to say. Oh and you can't miss her just look for the most miserable looking person in the building.
