They said I have a co-pay of $8 for a cane. The cane arrives, and it is used and wobbly. They come with a 10 page document in small print for us to sign, whereby we wouldn't sign. All of a sudden, I notice there are almost $1,000 charges on the Agreement, but I only received a cane. Hopefully, they are to billing Kaiser.

HAD TO USE A STAR TO RATE - BUT APRIA ( NATIONWIDE) DESERVES NO STAR ! The local APRIA in Palm Desert , CA as well as all the West Coast operate like a CIRCUS without a ringmaster. USE LINCARE - - - APRIA is a disaster waiting to happen. Five NEGATIVE stars !
