I have nothing but great things to say about Floor Specialists. Their customer service is outstanding. Emily was so helpful when we stopped in the showroom when we had no idea where we wanted to even begin. She set up an appointment for her dad (Sean) to come out and take a look at what we were working with. Within that same week, they had my material ordered and delivered. My installer (Joey) was just as great and they've left me speechless with the work they accomplished here. I would recommend this company to anyone in need.

This company don't even deserve 1 star. First I called to see what they would charge to install hardwood floors in my house. I was told I needed to come to the store and pick out the floor. Well when I got to the store the young lady seem to be very helpful. I took 2 samples home and they was suppose to come to my house to give me an estimate. Well they canceled at the last minute so I rescheduled. Time for them to come the 2nd time they didn't show again. Not sure if it was the fact they didn't think I had the money or if it was the fact that I am black. Whatever their reason is I'm glad I didn't do any business with them. Went to carpet one and I made the best choice ever. I would never do any business with this company. EVER
