The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced in my entire life and from the OWNER Gloria!!!! She knows nothing about running a successful business! Gloria made an error with my 5 day detox, giving me 3 days instead of 4. Mind you, the days and times that my husband would be picking up my product were predetermined, documented and agreed upon. She didn't give him 2 days worth as she should have and when he went back the next day to pick up the missing day she wouldn't give it to him!!! She said it was his fault and that we could come back the next day which would result in me missing a day of the detox!! Also, on day 1 of 5 I was suppose to receive instructions via email which didn't arrive until day 2! So my first day was botched, then she wants me to skip a day because of her error. She obviously knows nothing about detoxes!! Still relatively calm, I suggest she charge me for a 3 day detox instead of 5 but would she do that?? NO! Do not waste your time with this women and her poorly run "juice bar."
