This store and the manager totally lied to me. They have a trick where they won't let you look at the contract. They put it on a tablet and get you to sign on the tablet. I asked to read it on paper and they would not give it to me. When I got the contract on paper it was totally different than what they told me. They promised me a new buy one get one free phone and lied about it telling me I would get a "credit" from the home office. Finally left the store without the phone or service. I am still getting collection letters two months later. I have spent about 15 hours trying to get the problem corrected at sprint corporate to no avail.
