Only had contact with one agent from this company, and she was so unbelievably rude and unhelpful to my husband and I who were buying our first home. I would even go so far as to say she tried to sabotage our closing because we didn't use her suggested lender and other "services." Horrible customer service on her part that tainted my view of the whole company.

Do not bother with this agency!



It’s more than “All about Cash” with Keller and Williams Palm Beach County agencies. On top of these agency’s as a whole not wanting to bother with non-all cash people…having cash for one small investment isn’t even good enough, they also want a million on the table for other investments before they will even bother with you. At first you will get a returned call on an inquiry and will even get the inexperienced (but nice) new person to show you a property and “feel you out as worth the time”. If you live in the area and have somewhat of a handle on neighborhoods and what’s a deal and what is not this will also become a problem for you if you don’t jump on something that an unknowing out-of-stater or out of country person would. Unless you have a million on the table and are willing to buy bulks of which would include Riviera Beach non water condos that will never see a profit in your lifetime…well, I would go with a different agency.
