Nattalie Kirkonnell was amazingly helpful. She was not only knowledgeable but patient and accommodating to all of our needs. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend her as a realtor!

My experience with illustrated properties thus far has not been good. The agents at the office in the Riverwalk subdivision in West Palm Beach seem very sweet over the phone, but are lacking in customer service skills to say the least. One of them is technically our property manager for a home we are currently renting. Every time we need help with an item in the home they take days to respond, if at all. I can't count the instances where I have had to call multiple times. They also have never offered to come to the home for service appointments. It is not the fault of the renter if something goes out, so it should not be expected that I take time out of my schedule to wait several hours for service calls. That is the the job of the property manager.



Furthermore, I have been a property manager for several properties of my own. I would never have treated my renters this way. As soon as there was an issue, I would do whatever I could to make the renters comfortable and safe.



If only the agents did the right thing rather than what's cheap and easy, I would not be posting this horrible review.
