Run and don't look back.. Overcharged application fee, infested with mold and lack of maintenance. Had to obtain an Attorney to get out of lease and they willfully did so after presenting evidence that clearly showed years of accumulation. Also they ripped out the drywall right after moving out as well as air ducts not to mention stole/refused to return deposit to a single mother, extremely low! Not to mention harassment by neighbors. Run and don't look back.
