I have brought my expensive shoes and handbag to be repaired at this place. The owner and his staff are wonderful and very professional. I recommend their services!!!!

Stay Away from this shoe repair facility. The owner is extremely rude, and used profanity when I brought up a concern about a pair of shoes he repaired.

Firstly when I dropped the shoes off the owner gave me a ticket and said it would be one week to repair the shoes. The shoes were in great condition, a pair of Salvatore Ferragamo loafers, but the sole had detached and needed gluing and stitching.

When I went back a week later I was told the shoes were not ready. This in itself was not a big deal but shows that they are not punctual telling a customer a timeline line when the job is done.

When the shoes were finally ready, the work performed was extremely sloppy on the overall finish. The glue was seeping, and hardened on the outer edges, and they looked terrible. When I bought this to the attention to the owner, he threw a tantrum like a child. He went in the back and I saw him working on the shoes. When he came back I looked at them and they were satisfactory. He then told me he did nothing to the shoes, even though I saw him working on them. His rude, angry tone and attitude was mind-boggling to me. All I did was bring up a genuine concern, while he was talking under his breath belittling me to his staff thinking I couldn't hear what he was saying. When I paid the bill and I told him he should be ashamed of himself he told me to go fuck myself and get out.

This is a typical example of an owner/worker who thinks he's better than everyone, obviously has anger issues, and has no clue in how to interact with a customer on a civil level when being confronted for lack luster work. You would think he was performing the work for free the way he acted!!!

It will be with trepidation rather than warm familiarity that I ever hear the name of this shoe repair shop ever again. And I will be sure to tell the locals and beyond of the rudeness of Victor the owner.
