I've only been in a few times, but twice was to ask questions about my equipment. Both times they answered my questions and helped me understand what to do... in lieu of trying to sell me something new!!!

I have NEVER experienced Service this BAD in my entire life!. So my family had a water softener problem and that the softener does use the salt, so we brought it to R&S and they suggested to replaced the entire inside of a perfectly good water softener and charged us almost $400 to do the service, we let them do the service. However, when we brought it home. we still had the same problem, water softener does not use salt and water filled up my entire brine tank. So we brought it back to the shop and this old man gave us a horrible attitude, cursing left and right like it's our fault it doesn't work. with his condescending attitude he threatened to charge us more if we bring it back to the shop. So we call their service truck, hoping that this time they could fix it at our home like they told us to. So when the service guy comes, I purposely unplug the clock of the water softener to see if it will be the first thing he checks before diagnosing our problem, and just like what i thought, instead of checking the power plug like any honest professional would do, he proceeded to tell us that our clock is broken and we need to replace a new one for $95, later I pointed out to him that the clock was unplugged and he changed the subject like nothing happened. However in the end, they still have the audacity to charge us a service fee which is $80 and the hour rate that he was there and he was there for less than 15 minute, which I refused to pay obviously because of their dishonesty. AND I was right all along because the next day our water softener was still not fixed, the same problem is still there, nothing was done when they were there and yet they have the audacity to charge almost an additional $300 to do do nothing. The next day, I called back to the shop to tell them what happened and instead of acting like a professional, the woman on the phone ridiculed me, laughed at me and mocked me on the phone then rudely hung up. Being an Officer in the Army, I was never treated with so much disrespect. The next day, I called another company to come and look at the water softener and they told us , the service R&S did for us was a joke and that our water softener was good to begin with and R&S did nothing to fix our problem, but ripped us off for more money. The other company fixed our water softener problem in less than 2 hour and charged us much less than what R&S did to us. Now we have water running again without any issue. I came back the next week and brought my broken water softener back to R&S and told them they can have the disaster that they brought to us and I will never do business with these condescending, unprofessional and dishonest people again. Being in the military and and officer in the army, I have never experienced this kind of leadership in any company, instead of taking responsibility for their action, the blamed the customers, the very people that keep their business alive for their sloppiness. There is no integrity, pride and respect in this company!! Do not come get RIPPED OFF by them There are many better, honest companies out there that will happily serve you and make you feel comfortable in Brevard County.

After getting scammed by another company, I was pleased by the honest quote for a reverse osmosis system under my kitchen sink.
The "other" company wanted to charge me $3000, but since I am a veteran they were going "to give me a break" and only charge me $1500, if I acted immediately.
I went to R&S. The staff were helpful and honest. R &S price $400 (would have been $500 if I had an ice making freezer to hook up). The installer arrived at the promised time. Installation without a hitch. Could not have had a better experience.
