I am writing to say thank you to Palm Bay Air & Heat! We had our entire AC redone just over a year ago and last week we realized some errors during the original installation were causing several problems with the functioning of the air handler. When I called for a service call, Larry came out and agreed the installation was done improperly and it definitely needed to be fixed. The owner then came out and came up with a plan to rebuild the air handler area, clean the entire unit, build a new filter area, move pipes, etc. at no cost. They confirmed the original installer had been fired and apologized for the installation not being correct the first time. I am so very grateful to Palm Bay Air & Heat for the job they’ve done to correct the errors and ensure they have a happy customer and good workmanship. Thank you to Juan, James, and Conrad for the remarkable professional job they did reinstalling everything and rebuilding the area. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I understand these things happen and am not angry at all. It’s a humbling thing for a company to admit when an error has occurred, take responsibility, and make amends. Palm Bay Air & Heat has gone above and beyond to do this. I will definitely recommend the company to others based on my experience this week and am so appreciative to everyone who worked so hard to keep my family cool for years to come!

They did a complete system replacement of my 15 year old AC system that wasn't able to keep the house cool. Price was half of the other quote I received by the competition (who happens to be the #1 search result on Google). Totally happy with them and the product.

So listen folks, it's normal to read bad reviews for service regardless of the reasoning behind the experience. My families experience with Palm Bay Air and Heat on a complete system replacement in Palm Bay was nothing less than Exceptional. From the start of my experience with Jessie who came out on a service call and quoted a cost $$$Thousands below competition to Wendy and team in the front office that handled the scheduling and city permits to finally Leo the lead installer and his team that came in professional, courteous and very considerate of my home environment. I request that the crew be non smoking on my property and they where compliant happily. Leo and team arrived in 2 trucks and began by assessing the R&R. They determined that new copper needed to be routed through the attic and new breakers to protect inside and outside units needed to be installed. The crew got started to work by laying a traffic tarp on our tile floor from the front door to where the R&R for inside unit would take place and they maintained that path the entire day. The installation experience was exceptional and our expectation was exceeded by Leo and his team. As professional as they came into our home taking great care they cleaned up and removed all old equipment and left. I appreciate not being nickeled and dimed with Palm Bay Air and Heat a complete installation is exactly that, whatever is required is done. That alone is a 5 star rating in my book. The team at Palm Bay air and heat made our complete system replacement and choice for contractor eazy and breezy. Thanks Guys

After the hurricane, my a/c went out and didn't know why. they came out with in the 3 hour window and found the issue.. The service call wasn't ridiculously high like everyone else. i already knew there service calls started at $19. due to the hurricane on a friday, i requested service on sunday and was only charged $49 compared to able air which i called and they wanted $150. I think i picked the better choice and they took off the $19 for the repair. I am very please on how they handled my issue!

after reading the other peoples comments, this concerns me that the people making the comments don't know how a company is supposed to run, especially as young of a company that is learning as they grow but has the knowledge. in retrospect what they explained to me is if a unit is older and you repair one part something else my break due to the higher efficiency of the new part forcing the rest of the system to work harder to keep up. I am actually going through financing with them for a new system because of the labor and parts warranty. even that they explained that manufacturers arent perfect and will get a part if it breaks down with 1-3 business days.. which through my eyes is reasonable.. may be hot but cmon you live in Florida, not like its the end of the world.

I was with out air for 4 days waiting on my sons friend that was to quote me on a new unit from another company it was just to dam hot so went and I stopped in Palm Bay Air & Heat and asked what they could do for me and they said they would have their sale team out with in 3 hours Jon was right on time we signed agreement said techs will be at my home 900 AM and will call 15 min before they arrive phone rang they said they were on there way 2 techs arrived Names were Leo and Juan great guys really made a great team one was inside and the other outside when Juan was finished he cleaned up out back then came in as Leo was finishing up inside and started to remove Leo"s tools and garbage and had it all cleaned up by the time I paid for the service and that"s what I call good service Thank you Palm Bay Air and Heat for the Quick Service my Family slept well and once again a Happy Family. Never want to be with out my A/C again. Thank you Randi

Piss poor service. Some of the technicians were rude. They did my service and said it was completed and later on I found out it wasn't. Instead of replacing ductwork like they said they would they actually only taped it up to make it function better. Two months later after they service my air conditioner my air conditioning unit quit working. I will never ever ever call them again or ask them to do my service again. According to the Better Business Bureau they have a berating I don't see it because I think it's an F rating f for failure.

My air conditioner was old and giving me problems. They provide great service,and the technicians gave me good advice. They recommended a good unit and I got a great deal with financing. Best of all is the warranty.

Avoid this company! After waiting for a technician to show up for an appointment scheduled four business days out, one showed up in his personal car, did the work, but messed something up. The unit flooded the garage later in the day. After calling the company back, 3 guys showed up. Didnt fix anything. Christmas day, 85°, no air. Contact with company: we can come out Saturday and fix it, but you'll pay double!

Avoid this company. Air doesn't work before, and it won't work after either. You will be out a fortune though.

Update July 15, 2015. After 11 months , they finally did a freon leak test on my new ac unit. Found the leak and repaired it. They also wrote me an extended warranty on labor for 1 year. Thank you

Day 6! I have been sitting here in 90+ degree temps with NO REPAIR for this defective piece of s--- AC purchased Aug 2014 that hasn't ran right from the get go! They have known it was defective and had a freon leak somewhere? since Oct 2014. They were supposed to replace the inside unit in Oct. Still waiting!!!!!!!

These guys don't seem to know what they are doing. They have been out to the house 4 times for the same problem. They check it. Charge me $100+ to fix the problem. They always say they are giving me a discount, because they were late, because they didn’t get it fixed the last time, because I’m a nice guy. Always a discount but they never fix the problem. 4 times and I still have the same problem. Don’t waste your time or money.
