🛑THIS IS IN RESPONSE TO STEPHEN R.
This is LuAnn, previous President of Good to Go Truck & Tire Service. For some reason they have never let me respond to this customer, but I am writing it on here for everyone to see. First of all this business was ended when I broke up with my ex. We renamed it Good to Go Truck & Tire "Repair" when I took it over by myself. I didn't want all the paperwork getting mixed up between the two companies. This is a response to this horrible review that we received from an irate customer. They will not let me put a response on there to him telling me there's an error so I will be putting it here if they let me.  First of all, none of this is true. I was never aware of this review for several years and that is why I never disputed it. Yes my Tire tech did believe that his rim was flattened because he had sunk into the sand.
At the late time of night that he was looking at it, it looked as if the rim had been damaged and we therefore called the owner to tell him that we would be back the next day after we could find a rim when the stores opened up again because we called the TA truck stop, which was the only place we knew of that would be possible to go buy a rim in the middle of the night. Subsequently, this man found out that LOVE's truck stop started doing servicing of trucks that year, and we never knew this. We always just dealt with the TA in Fort Pierce. When my tire tech was on his way back home that night and I received a call from the truck owner telling me he found a rim at the Love's truck stop, I was in shock. I said I had no idea that the Love's even sold any truck parts and the only thing you can get there would be
food. I called my Tire tech and told him to immediately turn back around and go pick up the rim and told the customer he needed to prepay it because we could not afford to buy an aluminum rim for him. My driver on the way back decided to check on the truck one more time to be sure what it needed, and found that the rim was just sunk into the sand and was not flattened and, therefore, was able to change the tire which we did. So his saying that that we did nothing is an out and out lie. We could have gone and picked up the rim, charged him to go pick it up about a 60 mi round trip parts run, as well as his having to pay probably $600 for the rim, but we were honest to tell him that he did not need the rim after all saving him all of that money. The only thing he lost was a little bit of time my driver left a few exits and turned around and went back.
Sincerely, LuAnn Mastrangelo, Owner

Lazy techs (Moses), will charge you for a call out and do nothing. Waste of time and money. Was made to pre-purchase a rim from a Love's that was never picked up.
