I took my car in to have simple body work done. I was told my car would be ready in 4 days, it took 7. I get a call from the shop saying my car is finished and ready for pick up. I arrive at the shop, walk inside and tell the guys I`m here to pick up my car. The guy hands me my keys and some paper work then tells me not to wax the car for 30 days, he never walked outside to show me what had been done to my car so I go out and start inspecting my car ALONE! After finding swirl marks down the door I go back inside to have the guys check out the swirl marks. The guy comes out and says oh yeah I see that, let me take it back and buff that out. I thought my car was ready for pick up, NOT! So I get home and start looking, I have paint runs, debris under paint, swirls, over spray on my windows and damage to parts that had no damage. I`m not happy at all at this point because this is a new 30,000 car that now has more damages caused by this shop than it did before I brought it in...
