Provided by YP.comTerrible service, employees are not properly trained, went in to activate a phone, had to leave because the employee said she did not know what she was doing that she was new. I had to go home and call boost and figure it out myself, this was a new account open and I had to do it myself. Need re-training and management support. Was in there yesterday, same employee is working today and no manager to speak with regarding the issue.
