Went in to get a Cabin Air Filter for my wife's car and the sales person quoted me $30. Never offered any other choices. I told him to get the filter from the back and while he was getting the filter, I checked his screen and there was a generic filter in stock, right below the premium brand, for half the price! When I asked to see the generic filter as well, he said "Oh, I didn't see THAT one" BULLSH*T! That's just outright deception and I will instead do business with Autozone, who ALWAYS shows me my choices on the screen so that I can best decide what fits my budget!.
