Provided by YP.comThe customer service people are outstanding! I've been doing business with them for a while and have always felt appreciated. It seems simple, but in today's world it really is rare to find a business that time after time always makes the customer feel like they matter. They have been very gracious the time or two I've had to be late on a payment, they were more than eager to adjust my payment date so that it lined up with my budget schedule. They deal with so many people, yet they always remember who I am. I believe that great customer service is just as important as providing a great business service, and Western Finance does both!
