Waited all day for delivery of an over-nighted package that never arrived. Checked online and at 7:46 pm an update said delayed delivery due to weather conditions. Umm ... no bad weather today in this area and all day since 8:45 am, the computer had indicated the package was on a local truck enroute to our location. Ridiculous.

This store has to be run by some of the biggest idiots on the planet! One day they deliver a package to my house, the next day they have a package for me (going to the same address) and they say the address is wrong, they cant find my house, and I need to come pick the package up myself.. Sorry Im paying you idiots to deliver a package to my house, not to your store for me to have to go and pick it up myself.. If its too hard for your drivers to read a map then get them a GPS... Geez this is a delivery company and 9 times out of 10 I have to either go and pick my package up or I have to email them with instructions on how to find my house...
