Great bar-b-que per this from a long time aficionado!

Been to Texas' biggies. Been customer at Cooper's in Llano since 1965. Frequently drive from Tyler to Odessa. When I do, I go by way of Llano. Recently found Shep's in Palestine, a real treasure.
