I WAS a loyal Pizza Hut Customer. I loved their lunch buffets and bread sticks. I am the manager of a child care center who spends between $60 and $90 a month (sometimes twice a month) to treat my staff at lunch or at meetings. I usually use the one on Port St Lucie Blvd in Port St Lucie Florida. On February 4th, I order 5 lage pizzas and breadsticks. The order was scheduled to be at the center in 1 hour and 10 minutes. Needless to say, it did not arrive for over 2 hours. I called the resteaurant several times to find out what was the hold up. I was told by the mamger Lauren, that she had no way to contact the driver but she would issue me a credit for the full amount on my next order. The credit was for $63.89. Needless to say, when it was time to collect on my credit, I was told that they never issue credits for more than $20.00. Lauren confirmed the transaction but their was only $13.00 listed on my phone number. Pizza Hut lost my business permanently.

Recently we went to Pizza Hut in Washington, Courthouse and bought a pan taco pizza.I think they forgot how to make them. The pizza used to be mouth watering.Now, not enough refried beans . We ordered extra .The rest of the vegetables lncluding the meat was in too large chuncks.Washington Court House used to be the best of all of them. What happened? We complained at the time! I feel that the pizza should be made the way it used to be, smaller pices not large chuncks. More of the refried beens. More beans not less!

I bought a large supreme pizza the other night. My son picked it up and brought it home. We all set down to eat. It looked good but when we started to eat the dough was not done. I called the manager at the Elkin N.C. Pizza Hut, his name is Sandy. He said he couldn't do anything unless I brought the Pizza back! Well it is a 20 to 25 minute drive and we just got in from work,(Tired and Hungry). So we cut the center of the Pizza out and ate the outside of it. I know it is hard to tell if we are truthful with out the Pizza in hand so I would like to suggest something that might help because this is not the first time this has happened. It happened when we dined in at the Mt.Airy,N.C. Pizza Hut but they fixed it for us. So here is the suggestion. Maybe you need to cook the dough a little before you put the stuff on it. That is how I do it when I cook a Pizza at home. Or see if cooking the Pizza a little longer helps.Thanks, Maxine Helvey at 4702 NC 268, Dobson NC 27017

We ordered a large supreme pizza and it had too much sauce on it and was very doughy.This was a take out in Davison Michigan on 1-9-11.

CALLED LOC .PIZZA HUT FOR A CARRY OUT ORDER. WAS TOLD WE ARE TO BUSY . ONLY DINE IN. IT MUST BE NICE TO TURN AWAY CUSTS. IN THESE DAY AND TIMES. IWILL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE TO CALL PIZZA HUT AGAIN...
