I go here regularly. The lady running the salon now is very nice and knowledgeable. The salon is always clean. The technicians are great with all types of nails. There is a good selection of nail art and colors available. Tina does a great job on my nails. I highly recommend Arden for a pedicure.

I had the best MOMMYS day! I was so pleased with the service I was getting, by far the best pedicure I have ever received! Just over all amazed by the service Im given when I come to magic nails in Palestine Texas! Thank yall for all yall do!

TERRIBLE! Magic used go be good. But they are horrible. I went in for a manicure and pedicure and I left with dirt under my fingernails! My pedicure was chipped before the day was out. They are charging too much and don't give you the service you deserve. DO NOT GO! You will be sorry you spent your money there. Zero stars.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have been to Magic twice and both times were total failure. I had a special event coming up and wanted my nails to look perfect. Instead, I was left with the worst manicure of my life. I got acrylics put on and you could see this yellow/greenish glue through every nail AND you could see the top of my real nail because they didn't put the white low enough. Then, last week, I decided to try again since I hadn't been there in months. I walked in and NO ONE even knowledged me. I stood there for several minutes and not one single person asked how they could help me. I walked out frustrated and a worker there ran out after me saying, "What do you want?" They are RUDE and SUCK!

The lady here that does nails is amazing however there are quite a few men that work here. They are VERY distasteful, always being perverted towards the women. It's so uncomfortable! Not to mention unprofessional, not only are the men, two that I know of, maybe more but they also make tons of sexual innuendos. It's just not right! Plus when you tell these said men how you want your nails they do what they want anyway! And tell them it's not right and they get angry at you! I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

Arrived around 4 PM on Saturday. Went with my daughter who wanted a pedicure and manicure before traveling. No one was at the front desk. People were standing around waiting to pay. We were "shooed" back to the pedicure section by yelling people with face masks on. My daughter had a positive outcome (pedicure and manicure) with polite nail technicians but I had a pedicure done by a rude, angry woman who seemed to hate me on sight. She quickly cut deep v-shaped wedges down the side of my toenails (first time that has happened) and afterwards she stalked away without saying a thing. 2 toes are now red, swollen and sore. Probably are good employees there but I won't go back for seconds.

Where do I start??? Hmm let's see she kept leaving during my pedicure, half a**** everything she did when she would returned and the products were old and dirty looking. Everyone in the "salon" was rude and sloppy. I decided to give them another chance when I needed a Shellac manicure (god only knows why I gave them a second chance) I told the lady specifically that I didn't want her to drill on my nails and she persisted to do it anyway resulting in making my nails (especially my thumbs) brittle, thin and some even bleeding! I told her to stop and I told her I didn't want her to continue, and I left!!! It's just the worst experience I have ever had! Not a relaxing environment at all!!! :/
