I wrecked my mother's car and we had to get a rental from Hertz. We went two days without a vehicle because they didn't have any on there lot at the time. the secretary told us that it had half a tank of gas in it. It was supposed to be full but her guy with the gas card was in a different city at the timeand she couldn't reach him. When I got in the car it was only a little above a quarter of a tank. I took a picture of it and the mileage.the other issue was it she never told us anything about not smoking in the vehicle. The brochure does not say anything either.and she never mentioned it when we did the paperwork. Nobody said it would be $100 finefor smoking in the vehicle or else we wouldn't have.this place is a rip off. If it was supposed to have a full tank of gas and it didnand then we have to pay $100 for something we didn't even know about. Good luck with this place if you have to rent from them!
