Day one - crew dropped by, looked at job, claimed they needed a tool and left. They did not return. Was billed two hours for that 3 minute visit.Four days later crew returned to do job. They contacted power company to disconnect power. Once job was complete they simply left. Did not contact power company for reconnect, did NOT tell homeowner to contact power company for reconnect. Result: 24 hours without power in Texas in July while homeowner tried to get power company to come reconnect.Total job: 2 hours. Billed: 4 hours.

Charged 4 hours for 2 hours worth of work.Crew came, looked at job, left and did not return for four days. Was billed for that momentary glance as two hours of labor.Had power company disconnect power for job. Once job was complete did not contact power company to reconnect power - NOR did they tell the resident to contact the power company for reconnect. Result: 24 hours in Texas in July with no power.

I tried to get a quote on the wiring of a fire suppression system in a commercial kitchen. I was given the run around and was even told to contact another electrician, even though they know how to do the wiring I was requesting a quote on. Very rude and unprofessional.
