This business doesn't even deserve the one star that I was forced to give. Nothing but bad experiences came from me buying a chair from them. The lazy boy was for my bad back and it has been in the shop majority of the time getting repaired since I've had it. I had to involve lazy boy to get the right part ordered but laZy boy cannot do much for me because Davis is independently owned. This is when they should step up and make things right. I have been without my chair 4 months now and they could care less. They already got my money and that's not how businesses should handle customer service. They informed me, I would have my chair already if I hadn't contacted lazy boy! Yeah I would have it alright, back in the shop. Davis needs to make things right or my lawyer will. The whole purpose of the chair for my hurt back has been defeated because it is a faulty chair from an unreliable store.
