I knew their manager, Wesley, from years ago when he was Lake Zurich Midas manager; and he and his staff always took great care of all my family cars; then he was transferred to Palatine, and today he took the same great care of me, and his staff did the same great of my car.
He is the most honest shop Manager I have ever met, and his employees do an excellent job.

I had oil change there. Service was awful: 1.Guy who help me was VERY unprofessional. 2.They made my car (inside) dirty with oil. they clean a little bit, but u still can see stains. I will not come back to this place!
