They are thieves and are dishonest and are all about taking your money and your merchandise!! They shipped my mother's package, worth of over $1300, never offered her any sort of insurance (because, of course, why would thieves do something like that), then they lost her package, for the first two month they kept dissing her by not responding on any of her phone calls, just kept telling her someone would call back, and no one ever called back, they never gave her an answer as to where the package got lost, and one would think they would know if it got confiscated at the boarder/customs, or got lost on the truck, or possibly fell off the ship (or got into someone's home, who like the items that were in the package). They only refunded her $200, after she provided a list of all of the items included (which was at least 70 different items). Neither I nor my family will ever do business with Kalyna again. They are a part of Russian/Ukrainian scammers, who are dishonest and all about taking your money, because they think they are entitled to everything in this country without having to pay a penny. One day it will get back to them.

Good service and prompt delivery to Ukraine. They are offering competitive pricing.I use them for over 5 years and never had any issues.

Worst business ever. Lost a package consisting of at least 70 items, never told me where it got lost (customs/boarder/fell off the ship) and avoided talking to me for over two month. Then told me to give them a list of all of the items and exact description if each item included in the package, which was over $1,300 and then they refunded only $250 and said that was the best they can do. Serously?? This business feels they can just lie, take your money and continue to operate like this? This is America and not Russia or not even Ukraine (a good half of which is composed of Russians anyways). Please do not do business with this company or you will loose your money.
