Not Responsive, Bad Services, they cut my tree and left it in my front and back yard for 5 days keeling my grass left holes in the ground, they never fixed.

I am not (yet) a customer but I wanted to comment on the kindness of Gabriel's men. Two weeks ago I was trimming trees in my yard with a chainsaw on a pole rented from home depot. The saw got stuck in the tree. Gabriel's employees were afar off and saw me. I called out to them for help and they came and helped me and even trimmed the tree without asking for any money! God bless them.

Have used Gabriel's for several years for lawn maint. And snow plowing during the winter. Billing is slow and inconsistent. But worse, last winter their plow smashed the light on our garage and damaged the brickwork. They have yet to acknowledge the damage or work with me to pay to have it fixed. Plowing also damaged/killed one of our evergreens beside the driveway and they simply left it that way. I suppose, as tree care people as well, they are waiting for us to request it be removed so that they can charge us for that as well. Now it's time for contract renewal. Sort of seems that it's a no brainer to not sign a new contract. I wrote to them asking that they contact me but 2 months later...nothing except a new contract for our signature and two months worth if invoices stuffed into one envelope. Us think twice about them. They do mow the lawn well. But so could a neighborhood kid.
