I have never experienced such poor treatment from an owner of a service in my life. On the 2 occasions where I tried to get Brown Tree Service to provide me with a bid on treating the many trees on my 1 acre of property (an estimated $5K job) - he was extremely rude and actually hung up on me when he wasn't satisfied with my response. There is no excuse for a business owner to be rude to a customer, but especially when I had done nothing. He acted like it was an imposition that I was asking him to quote my job. I would never do business with someone like him.

Tried another tree company, they kept promising to come out, never did. My husband called 3 times and finally told them we would go with another company.Brown Tree Service is excellent! They came out within days, fast and professional.
