I have been both the lucky recipient of many spectacular arrangements as well as utilizing them exclusively for all my own floral needs - from distinctively beautiful corsages and boutonnieres to lovely table centerpieces and gorgeous floral deliveries. I have always received superior service on each and every order. Every single person I've sent flowers to from Bill's Grove has told me they've never seen such lovely and distinctive floral arrangements. To find a business that combines excellent service with uniquely beautiful floral arrangements is a true find.

Provided by YP.comI saw an arrangement on their website and thought I would get it for my wife for Valentines Day. I called in the morning and spoke with Sue, I verified the arrangement from the website on what type of flowers and how many are included. Sue stated they did it a little differently and they don't use Carnations. I asked if I could get what was pictured on the website? Sue confirmed it would be red Roses (6), red Carnations, Lilies, white filler followers and some greenery. Sue confirmed that's what I would get. Well, that is not what I got. I got the Roses, Lillies, white filler flowers and a lot of greenery. No Carnations !!!!
I called and tried to get the manager Peter on the phone and was told he has been in & out of the building working on deliveries. I started to explain my situation to another lady (forgot to get her name) and she placed me on hold to look up the order. She came back asking if I wanted the arrangement to be picked up. Who would ask that question? Sure, I want you to go pick up the order, embarse my wife in front of co-workers, are you actually out of your mind !!! She placed me back on hold and then a guy (who turned out to be Peter) got on the phone and started telling me he sells Roses for $75.00 a dozen and stated I received an arrangement well worth what I spent ($59.95 + tax and delivery of $10.00). I don't care what he gets for his flowers, I didn't get what I ordered. Peter also asked if I wanted the arrangement pick up. Another one completely lost his senses. Then offered to refund my credit card $5.00 for the missing Carnations. I declined the offer as it was an insult. Needless to say I won't be back !!!!
Dear Concerned 4 you: We are sorry that you did not get what you ordered. However, we think it was a misunderstanding between you and Sue. We think Sue clearly told you that we are doing a little different way and we do not put the carnations. However, if we misunderstood you, we are sorry. We still bet your wife liked the flowers.

My family and I want to thank you for the beautiful floral arrangements you created for us for my nephew last week. They were on either side of the casket and were just gorgeous. You did a wonderful job and everyone commented on them. Steve loved flowers so much and I want you to know I still have a bouquet of them on my desk, after 10 days! So thanks again, and we will recommend you to anyone who needs a florist in the future. It brightened up a very sad time for us all.

Provided by YP.comI have used Bill's Grove Florist for many years and they have always delivered gorgeous floral arrangements. The service provided by all of the staff is excellent. Every arrangement I have received from Bill's has been absolutely beautiful and fresh. They are very responsive, very creative always delight me. I highly recommend Bill's Grove Florist and wouldn't think of using anyone else.

We have ordered over 100 times, for employees who are sick, for family members of co-workers who are ill, for deceased loved ones, and for occasions when congratulations are in order. In fact a few times, when the flowers have been delivered to a hospital, the patient has told us that the nurses are all amazed at how beautiful the arrangement is. Those are some reliable compliments, with all the flowes nurses see delivered on a daily basis. Our company hosts a luncheon annually and in 2008 we used Bills Grove for the centerpieces.... we could not have been more pleased. And their price was far more reasonable than other florists that we called. Their customer service is great... everyone who takes the orders is polite and willing to take the time to get the order just the way we want it. I highly recommend them. The colors, style and price is unsurpassed. We have had them as our primary florist for 8 years. Not only are they talented but they donate flowers to us each year for our Volunteer Recognition event!! Furthermore anyone we send there is equally impressed. Their customer service and friendliness and
professionalism is the highest. I am so happy that we found them. Their entire staff are wonderful!!!!

Provided by YP.comIt was my wife's birthday and thankfully when I talked to Peter at Bill's Grove he put together a great Rose bouquet that I saw on the website.
My wife was exstatic when she got it becuase they did such a great job and delivered it right away.
It was a phenominal job that I don't think anyone could have done better.
Even the deliveryman was polite and nice according to my wife.
