We had them come out for a quote. The salesman was pushy about the top-of-the-line unit and about getting permits. We've done a lot of work on our own, but HVAC is not something we mess around with. Their prices were at least $3k above the competition for any of the units we were interested in, so we went with the competition. Allied called on Thursday to check on the quote and to see "where we were at"... Monday morning the Village inspector is out with a complaint of installation without permit. We verified that that the complaint originated from a competitor. Thanks, Allied. There is no doubt in my mind why our entire neighborhood said not to even bother with you. Good luck with the snaky corruption business.

Looked these guys up on BBB, because we needed a new unit A/C unit and coil. Very friendly and informative about the job they were doing. These guys answered all my questions about the unit and how my system worked. The did tested the system for leaks and to made sure the output on the unit was to the manufactures specifications Thank You!

I was able to diagnose my defective blower motor, but did so on a -4degree Sunday morning.I explained to the service tech the symptoms, and when I told him I could fix it myself he was pleasant and sold me the parts I needed with no hesitation.Thanks!
