My daughter dropped my Honda Accord ( via towing ) which she was using, after a break-down near by. They charged her almost 13 hundred for a broken axle, and did a butcher job. Since then, the car has a leak and 2 ( two ) auto mechanics changed the seal ( because they assumed the seal was the problem, but the damage is apparently inside ) and still liking. I have no money and time and nerves to redo the entire job ( replace the axle, ball joint,etc. ). $ 163 for axle shaft assembly - removal and installation ?! Even my actual mechanic was " impressed " with this charge - couple/few min. of work, part of the entire process. Plate number: 9321532 IL. My cell: 630-373-1829. PS: why you didn't add to the final price your mother in law weight and age ?! I will recommend to any potential customer to stay away, because they are unprofessional and dishonest !

Good knowledgeable people. Very straight forward about what they can do, or do not have the equipment for. Prices are reasonable, and worth every penny because they don't cut corners.

I took my car there to get an alignment. Dave the service writer took care of me in a jiffy!!! I asked if i may watch because i dont know how these things work. Mike the mechanic showed me his step by step directions. After the alignment was done I got to have some of Rod and Jims best car jokes like BMW, JEEP and my favorite PONTIAC. All an all the price was 79.95 a reasonable and modest price. They told me to go to their website for their good coupon deals. ADVANCEAUTOBIZZ.com These guys are GREAT!!!

I took my car there this week for what I found to be two sensors gone haywire and a possible fuel pump replacement. They explained everything to me so I could understand and I also had to my serpentine belt replaced. What impressed me most was this: Dave called me and was telling me about how i should get these bolts replaced, my car has been making this noise and I said to him "eeehhh.. going to be pretty expensive to get it all done" and he honored a new customer discount also, BUT he said to me that honestly, getting these bolts replaced was NOT a safety issue, it was just troublesome or annoying to hear that rattle. This would have cost me around $250 i believe. For him to say, to a new cust too, that it wasn't a safety issue and to say I could live w/o it.. sold me! He could've easily have said "if you don't get these replaced, blah blah blah could break down and blah blah blah". That is honestly and I so appreciate it!!! these guys are my go-to's!!!

I called this business to get prices on 3 different auto parts and after I got the first price of the auto part, I went on to ask about the second part and the man got rude and said "Come on are you price checking me here"? RUDE RUDE RUDE! Guess you lost a customer!

It was a friday afternoon @ 3:oo pm and my truck broke down at the grocery store, I met a other customer at the store and he said to call Advanced, I made a panic call knowing it was late in the day, and Rod came right over and towed in my truck and it neded a starter replaced, they found the part and got my truck back to me that day.

I couldnt of asked for better service, They were very freindly and realy got me out of a jam...

You'd be proud to call these guys your mechanics. They're reliable and they pride themselves in taking great care of their customers. I've been going there for several years and it's a comfort knowing that I'll always get top notch service at a competitive price. They always seem to find low cost parts that help keep the overall estimates down. One important quality in a mechanic is trust, and everything these guys have done with me has earned it. Hard workers who value the satisfaction of everyone who walks through the door. I drive out from the city to take my car here because it can be difficult to find good mechanics like these.

stoped in with a broken power window stuck down and it was raining out just my luck talked with dave at the front counter and told him about my trouble he pulled one of the guys in the back off a car he was working on to take care of me while i waited the man found a broken wire in the door jam and had me on my way in less then 1 hour these guys rally know there stuff thanks so much for the help sue richards

Went to advanced auto as a first time customer as a referal from my next door neighbor i was wowed with the service and the way they handled my car after they were all done the price shocked me the most what a deal i also called around top make sure these guys were not ripping me off i was pleased to find out they were about 20% cheaper than the other auto shops i called THANX ADVANCED AUTO YOU HAVE A NEW CUSTOMER
