Really like and trust this place we have been going here since 2000 and have taken multiple pets there and have always been happy ! Highly recommend …

This is the only place that we take our dog to for anything and we wouldn't ever go anywhere else! They are very good with her and they take great care of her. She loves knowing that she is going to the vet and never tries to buck up and not want to go so we know that she has to be taken good care of or she wouldn't like going there. They feed her and bath her and she always comes home looking so good. They have given her all her shots and keep her up to date with it all. Anytime she gets sick they've had just what she needs to get her better. She gets all her flea and tick medicine from here and we have had nothing but great things to say about the vet for Ally at the highlands vet clinic in Paintsville, Ky. We take Ally here if we've got to be away from town and everything. Any emergency we have, we know our baby's took care of here! We can't thank them enough and they don't charge too much so we've been able to afford it and that's a blessing. We also had her fixed here and they took great care of her then too! I definitely recommend that if you care about your pet like family, like we care about our Ally dog then go to here because it's the best!

It was Labor Day weekend on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of Covid and my sweet boy got hit by a train and no one would help me until I contacted them, the vet met me at the clinic within an hour of me calling and was able to perform emergency surgery to save my baby! I am forever grateful for him and his team!

Best Vet in Eastern Kentucky if you care about your pet then you definitely want to use them!!!

Worst vet I've ever been to I brought my dog in yesterday afternoon my dog was really sick I took him to West Liberty they told me three or four things so I decided to take him to paintsville they didn't do anything but give me a couple of pills and said he will be okay I asked the doctor would you guys admit him in the hospital he said no he's fine now look at my dog he's on his deathbed this really pisses me off how people do others best believe karma is a b**** please people listen don't take your pet too this man or Dr Adams in West Liberty they are just Band-Aid doctors they will tell you anything I really believe if the doctor would have admitted him and put him on some IV fluids he would be a lot better today thanks doctor for a whole lot of nothing

They are awesome they above and beyond to save our precious cat Smokey, keeping us updated on his condition and most of all saving his life!

Just this past Wednesday August 3,2016 my dog was injured and I was looking for a vet after hours to care for him. After several hours of being turned down we found Dr.Salyer he came out we were very please with the service and care of our Sammy boy. I live over an hour away and after this one visit and in clinic care from Dr. Salyer we will be using him from now on. Very caring and clean clinic.
