Had this guy out to look at a stove burner that wasn't working. He didn't even open the stove up or check anything when he got there. He tried turning it on and said, "oh, you have a bad burner." He returned two weeks later, which was rather long, with a new burner, only to install it and find that it still didn't work. So then he proceeds to replace the switch, which fixed the problem, but then charged me for a new burner and switch! Thank goodness my wife was watching him and new better, as I was away at work. When I got home that night, I put the old burner back in myself to make sure it was in fact just a bad switch, and the old burner worked perfectly. So rather than trouble shooting the problem, this guy just starts selling me parts that I didn't need! I called and he refunded my money for the burner, but not for the labor. This company was far too much of a hassle to deal with for such a simple repair, and had we not watched him, we would have paid for a burner we never needed. I wonder how many other people out there didn't watch him and got ripped off???
