My husband and I arrived at the West Gate last month and had water heater problem. Staff at the park were very friendly and helped us to fix the problem quickly and at no cost. We had a great time at the park! it is very clean, nice club house, people are super kind! We will come again for sure!!!

No stars. Owner is a crook who drives around at 6am in a loud diesel with his radio blasting, and screams at his managers. No paper in the restroom, no shade, laundry costs are way high. Avoid at all costs!
