Did not have a good experience with this business. On day of installation, installers were to show up between 8:30am-9:00am. Received a call at 8:30am that installers were delayed and would show up between 10:00-10:30am, but no later than 10:30am. At 10:45am they had still not shown up. Called the store and was told that they would be at our house between 12:00-12:30. At that point, my husband got very upset with the the sales person and threatened to cancel the order. The sales person then informed us that my husband was too angry and he did not want him as a customer -- and was cancelling the order and charging a 25% restocking fee. He would not reconsider and ended up charging a 25% restocking fee. Not good customer service. Be aware of the restocking fee if you use this company.
